Robert has come up with a new recipe for gluten free cookies that the kids love. They are a Cinnamon and sugar shortbread cookies that Robert wants to call 'Kyrgzy Kow Patties'. I told him we might need to take a poll on that before we put it in a cookbook.I'm not sure if the name would make every cook in America desiring to make them.

Would you be willing to share the recipe for the gluten-free cookies? We are looking for gluten-free foods for our oldest (autistic) and cookies would be great! I think you have my e-mail if you want to just send the recipe that way.
